  • In coordination with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner and assisting with interior and exterior painting to assist with the upkeep of the property to enhance and maintain curb appeal.

  • The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of each apartment to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
