  • The Active-Senior Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of an Active-Senior Lifestyle Multifamily community. This includes resident satisfaction, financial performance, staff supervision, leasing efforts, compliance, and fostering a vibrant community environment. In the manager's absence, the Assistant Manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives as set forth by the Property Manager.
